Inside some boxes you can find a surprise in the form of a thimble, perfume bottle or photo frame. For connoisseurs and collectors of Limoges porcelain, in the collections of the Paris Decor atelier, there are countless different caskets: musical instruments in porcelain trunks, piano caskets, miniature teapots with tea bags, miniature watering cans, pillboxes and needle cases, caskets with animal figures.
The “children’s” collection stands out in particular – blue and pink caskets with the inscriptions “Meches” (“Curls”) and “Dents de lait” (“Milk teeth”), decorated with a porcelain mouse, rocking horse or other touching animal. As well as caskets with surprise toys inside.
