Parisian brand Marie Daage hand-painted porcelain tableware is distinguished by its elegance and variety of themes or motifs. And it is no coincidence, because the artist is inspired by historical reminiscences. Marie strives to revive the styles of other eras and adapt them to the present day. She goes through theme after theme: exotic Biedermeier gardens, embroideries by Josephine de Beauharnais, 17th-century chinoiserie. She takes Empire motifs and modernizes the characteristic stripes with more modern shades. Her style is timeless, elegance for her the main thing, lightness and beauty. General look is unacceptable for her. The table set by her is as eclectic as her taste, and hand-painting allows her to embody her philosophy – to set the table in a new way every time, mixing motifs and colors.

Every year there is a new collection, themes and colors echo each other. Today, Marie Daage’s collections of Limoges porcelain have 80 themes and 56 colors.
