French designer Stephane Galerneau (Stefan Galerno) in his design studio Galant in Normandy, using wood, resin or plaster, creates a model of a future table lamp by hand.
Then the model is cast, coated with a thin layer (6 microns) of patinated 24-carat gold or 925 silver, applied by electrolysis (“hot bath”).
The shapes and heights of table lamps are different: these are “concrete” blocks braided with metal corals, and tree branches with birds and butterflies, and a golden wave frozen for a moment, fern leaves or water lilies. All this splendor is crowned with fabric or ceramic lampshades.
Collections are presented in Riga for the first time!
